Spring Clean!

oct18 041It doesn’t quite feel like spring yet, but we are getting our bodies ready by detoxing from the toxins we’ve built up over the winter. Recently, we held a weekend fast which was a nice way for the women to start off fresh this spring. Today it has begun to warm up and we’ll be ready for the climate changes with cleansed bodies and minds! Then this week we held another spring cleaning where we did a more in depth cleansing and workshops on how to make the raw juices and take our food consciously. We’ve also recently added ayurvedic consultations where the guests can learn their dosha and find out what diet they should follow for their body type. Many new things are happening and we’re excited for the weather to warm up. We’ll also be updating this blog more often so keep posted and stay healthy and happy!
