Web stats leaped this week, then we saw why: at least 16 web news sites –including Forbes, Yahoo and Miami Today–published a story about when Art and Yoga meet that directed readers to our sister site, www.yoginiapproved.com which is dedicated to our latest art and yoga adventures, and of course linked to www.americanyogini.com.

Last week we had a visit from John Birdsong, Plum TV producer. He was the honored rare male guest at our all ladies raw juice fast retreats and was a perfect gentleman as he unobtrusively filmed some scenes from last weeks Raw Juice Fast retreat.
One of the workshops he captured was the making of homeade body scrubs, and we sent him home with a jar of this for his own shower at home: walnuts, mango, vanilla and apricot kernal oil scrub.
On friday afternoon after the juice fasters had departed from thier five day raw juice fast experience, Mary McGuire was invited to the set of Plum TV's Morning Noon and Night show ( AKA the MNN show).
So all this week you can tune into Plum TV in the Hamptons and see Mary being interviewed by Jenny Mayer with sweet and smart Liza DeGuia directing three times a day this entire week. If you are in the East End of Long Island, tune into channel 18 at 8AM, 4PM and 10PM. If you are elsewhere: just keep checking americanyogini.com's video page: a dupe will be posted next week.
