Hip Openers

Today’s morning yoga class focused on hip openers. Here you see me teaching class with veteran juice faster, Tracy in the forground=wearing white. She is undertaking a particularly chalenging fast of 21 days and came to the Bahamas with us to get it started in a nurturing and safe environment. All the girls are loving her, she has so much to share from her past experiences with fasting and cleansing.

Lifestyle Mandala Workshop

Here I am laughing with my student/guest, Mirey, after creating personal mediation mandalas in the pool house. You can see that gorgeous infinity pool behind us. So great to be in this warm sun and clear aquamarine water. So so so pretty.

Kundalini Yogini Morning

Prior to our morning juice elixer- a watermellon and lime kidney cleanser- we greet a new day with envigorating cleansing kundalini yoga set in our waterfront villa. Kundalini just scrubs the lungs and inner organs with beautiful focused breathing. Here you see us practicing the “ego eradicator”. That’s Giuliana, closest with the ponytail. She is now in a Naam teacher training course with Universal Force in New York. She has us all excited for her because she is opening a juice bar ofher own in Bridghampton this summer, so we all brainstormed a name for her new place.

ARRIVED IN BAHAMAS!

Our Yogini Cleanse Raw Food and Raw Juice Fast begins by applying joy in our planning, by deliberately choosing the reality that would make us feel good!
